SPICY PEANUT SAUCE

¾ cup good, unprocessed peanut butter
¾ cup hot water
¼ cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar
2 T tamari
2 T blackstrap molasses
¼ t or more cayenne pepper
dash of toasted sesame oil
crushed red pepper flakes (optional) to taste
sesame seeds (optional) to taste

In a small saucepan, whisk together peanut butter and hot water until you have a uniform mixture. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. Keep warm over very low flame. Great over Udon noodles, brown rice, and/or stir-fried veggies.
