SPICY PEANUT SAUCE
- ¾ cup good, unprocessed peanut butter
- ¾ cup hot water
- ¼ cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 2 T tamari
- 2 T blackstrap molasses
- ¼ t or more cayenne pepper
- dash of toasted sesame oil
- crushed red pepper flakes (optional) to taste
- sesame seeds (optional) to taste
In a small saucepan, whisk together peanut butter and hot water
until you have a uniform mixture. Whisk in the remaining
ingredients. Keep warm over very low flame. Great over Udon
noodles, brown rice, and/or stir-fried veggies.
