Flaxseed Smoothie

¼ cup flaxseeds
1 cup soy milk
½ sliced fresh banana
½ sliced frozen banana
optional: ¼ - ½ cup berries

Soak the flaxseeds overnight in water to cover. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend at high speed for at least 1 minute. To thicken, add more banana. If desired, fruit juice may be substituted for soy milk.
