Choco-Peanut Clusters
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate (or carob) chips
- 2 T. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. natural peanut butter
- 1 c. chopped toasted peanuts
Combine ingredients in the top of a double boiler over
simmering water. When the mixture is smooth, stir in
the nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper lined
cookie sheets. Refrigerate until set. Great for gifts or
the holiday dessert tray!
