Green Tea Sorbet
- 3 cups water
- 2 1/2 T or 2 tea bags of Green Tea
- mixed salad greens
- 3/4 cup granulated sweetener
In a small pot bring water to a boil. Add tea leaves and remove from heat. Cover and steep tea 5 minutes. Add sweetner, stirring until dissolved, and strain tea through a fine sieve into a bowl. Chill tea covered until cold and freeze in an ice-cream maker.
