Lebanese White Bean Salad
- 2 cups cooked white beans
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 ripe tomato, chopped
- 1 t dried dill
- 1 t dried mint
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t sea salt
- black pepper to taste
Gently mix all ingredients. Light and delicious flavors!
